The last few months have given us plenty to celebrate, plenty to work on and, as ever, plenty to look forward to. From Amsterdam and beyond, there’s been lots going on across CJP Broadcast. Here’s a quick catch-up on what you might have missed.
Events & Awards

Back in Amsterdam for IBC2026
September took the CJP Broadcast team back to Amsterdam for four busy days at IBC2026. We spent the show catching up with customers and partners, exploring the latest developments across broadcast, virtual production and media technology, and talking through plenty of new projects along the way.
As always, there was a lot packed into four days, with new technology to see, ideas to bring home and plenty to keep us busy after the show. Thanks to everyone who made time to meet with us while we were there.

A Win for the Team
While we were in Amsterdam, we were very pleased to be named winner of the Public Sector Integration Award in the QuickLink Reseller Partner Awards 2026. The award recognises the work our team is doing across the public sector.
We’ve built a great relationship with QuickLink over the years, so it was particularly nice to receive the recognition from their team.

Kieran Named an RTS Awards Finalist
We were also proud to see our own Kieran Phillips named a finalist for the Unsung Hero Award for the RTS Technology Awards 2026.
Alongside his role at CJP, Kieran has put a huge amount of time into supporting visually impaired students through our work with the Royal National College for the Blind, as well as volunteering for more than six years as a Community First Responder.
It’s brilliant to see that commitment recognised by the RTS Technology Awards judges. We’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for the ceremony this month!
Partnership

The Xsens Animation Contest is Open
Our partners Xsens recently launched their 2026 Animation Contest, with motion capture data from Hollywood performance capture actor Terry Notary available for entrants to work with.
Animators can download the data and turn Terry’s performance into their own animated scene, using any software or pipeline they choose. Entries are open until 10 December, with Xsens prizes up for grabs. Entries are open until 10 December, with Xsens prizes up for grabs.

Last Chance to Trade in MVN Link
With MVN Link reaching End of Life at the end of 2026, our partners at Xsens are giving existing users the opportunity to trade in their system against the next-generation Xsens Link.
The trade-in offer runs until 31 October, which is also the final date to order MVN Link systems and spare parts. Xsens Link brings a faster setup, updated eSuit and one-click sensors, while continuing to deliver the motion data needed for film, games and live production.
If you’re still working with MVN Link and thinking about making the move, now is the time to take a look.

Sustainability

Achieving ISO 14001
In August, CJP Broadcast achieved ISO 14001 accreditation, recognising the work we’re doing to better understand and reduce our environmental impact.
Sustainability is something we’re continuing to build into the way we work as a business, and the accreditation gives us a clear framework to measure our progress and keep improving. We’ve already made good progress, but there is still more we want to achieve as we work towards our longer-term environmental goals.
