Chris Phillips
Founder & Managing Director
Chris established CJP Broadcast Service Solutions in 2011, building on years of experience in broadcast service strategy and contract development. Initially operating as a consultancy, the company grew organically, securing contracts in digitisation, system integration, and live production. The acquisition of key expertise and strategic partnerships enabled CJP to expand year-on-year, becoming a major systems integrator for virtual production studios in higher education and corporate broadcast solutions.
With a deep understanding of broadcast technology and ITIL methodology, Chris has played a key role in shaping CJP’s consultative approach, ensuring clients receive tailored, future-ready solutions. Beyond technical innovation, he has championed inclusivity and corporate social responsibility within the company. His leadership has been instrumental in CJP receiving the RTS Technology Centre’s Company Social Responsibility Award and the IABM Community Impact Award.
Chris continues to drive CJP’s strategic direction, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence in broadcast and production solutions.
