Expanding Cinderford RFC’s Media Capabilities
Cinderford RFC initially approached CJP for guidance on improving its match recording capabilities. With a new all-weather 4G pitch increasing activity at the ground, the project developed beyond a straightforward camera requirement.
The club needed a flexible system that could meet National League recording requirements while supporting coaching analysis, supporter engagement, live streaming and future coverage of matches, tournaments and community events.

Live Production System
CJP designed and integrated a scalable production and AV system, giving Cinderford RFC the infrastructure to produce, edit and stream its own content while supporting matchday and community use.
Camera Systems
The eight-camera-channel system supports comprehensive coverage of matches and events. Two pitch-side PTZ cameras are complemented by an operated match camera, with capacity for additional camera positions when required.
Media Room & Edit Suites
A dedicated media room provides a central space for production and analysis, with edit suites supporting post-production and content creation. Match footage can also be reviewed immediately after games for coaching analysis.
Live Streaming
Integrated live streaming enables Cinderford RFC to take match and event coverage to online audiences, supporting its plans to expand digital content across first-team fixtures, youth rugby and wider club activity.
Interviews & Content Creation
A dedicated interview camera supports player interviews, features and other digital content, helping the club extend its coverage beyond match footage.
Pitch-Side Infrastructure
Structured cabling around the ground provides flexibility for tournaments and events, allowing additional cameras to be incorporated as production requirements develop.
Clubhouse AV & PA
CJP upgraded the clubhouse with projection, speakers, microphones and video matrix routing, alongside the PA system, supporting matchday presentations and community events.
