Inavate EMEA’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023 continues its tradition of recognising and celebrating the emerging talents in the AV industry. Among this year’s esteemed selection is Kieran Phillips, Director of Sales and Marketing at CJP Broadcast. 

The 40 Under 40 initiative shines a spotlight on individuals who are actively shaping, leading, and disrupting the AV industry throughout the EMEA region. These young professionals have made significant strides through their personal accomplishments and valuable contributions to the field. As the feature shares, “Phillips helped to achieve a record of more than 2.6 million Euros, marking the highest turnover in CJP’s history.” 

Kieran also champions a broader vision for CJP’s place within the AV industry’s future, adding that he “believes that the AV industry should proactively reach out to the educational sector to address the widening skills gap, encouraging a diverse range of students to consider AV as a viable and rewarding career path.”
