CJP Broadcast Signs the Armed Forces Covenant

We’re proud to announce that CJP Broadcast has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, pledging our support for those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families.
This commitment holds special meaning for us as our founder Chris Phillips is a veteran himself. Our pledge includes supporting veteran employment, offering flexible arrangements for Service spouses and partners, and backing Armed Forces charities.
Spotlighting CJP’s Media Asset Management Platform

Mimas is designed to streamline content handling and production workflows. Built for broadcasters, production teams, and educational institutions, it automates content registration, offers powerful search tools, and integrates seamlessly with existing systems.
From high-volume media handling to remote collaboration, Mimas helps teams work more efficiently while reducing operational overhead.
Leah Joins CJP in the Studio

This month, we welcomed Leah from the Royal National College for the Blind to our studio to film a promotional video for her new Goalball club in Surrey. Using our in-house virtual production facilities, we were able to support Leah’s work in growing opportunities for visually impaired athletes.
We’ve been working with RNC since 2023, and it’s always a privilege to support their students as they explore opportunities in broadcast and the creative industries.
Meet the Team: Chris Phillips

As CJP’s founder and Managing Director, Chris has been driving the company’s vision since establishing it in 2011. What started as a consultancy has grown organically into a major systems integrator, specialising in virtual production studios and broadcast solutions.
Chris brings years of experience in broadcast technology, shaping CJP’s consultative approach to ensure clients receive tailored, future-ready solutions. He’s also championed inclusivity and corporate social responsibility as core company values, something that’s been recognised with awards from both the RTS Technology Centre and IABM.
