Designed, Delivered and In Use

Over the course of the year, CJP Broadcast delivered a broad mix of studio and media projects across education, corporate, and broadcast settings. The focus throughout was on building systems that teams can rely on day to day, supporting efficient workflows and dependable results. Highlights in education included a full LED virtual production studio at Buckinghamshire New University, as well as a multi-camera TV production studio at Barnet and Southgate College.

In broadcast, we continued to design and integrate studio environments that support live output, presentation, and day-to-day production. This included a new green screen studio for TG4 in Ireland, built to improve flexibility and comfort for weather and continuity while allowing scope for future creative use.

Alongside studio integration, we also delivered ongoing digitisation and archive projects, supporting organisations in preserving, managing, and bringing legacy media into modern production workflows.

Strengthening Our Partnerships

Alongside this project work, CJP continued to strengthen its partner ecosystem, ensuring customers benefit from proven, well supported technology choices. This included becoming a certified QuickLink Gold Partner, joining the Grass Valley partner programme, and forming a new channel partnership with Adder Technology, among others, expanding the range of broadcast, IP and remote production solutions available to clients.

Beyond Broadcast

In 2025 sustainability has remained a core focus for the team, and we are pleased to be re-certified as a carbon neutral company for the second consecutive year, alongside a measurable reduction in emissions across the business. Practical changes to how we work, including travel, remote working, and resource management, led to a reduction of nearly 17% in total carbon output, embedding sustainability into day-to-day operations.

CJP also signed the Armed Forces Covenant, formalising its commitment to fair treatment and support for those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families. This reflects a wider focus on being an inclusive employer that recognises the value veterans, reservists, and service leavers bring to the workplace. Another major highlight was working alongside SHAPE360, a charity initiative focused on tackling veteran homelessness, reinforcing the principles behind the Covenant in practical ways.

Alongside this, Kieran continued his work with the Royal National College for the Blind, supporting work experience placements and spending time on site meeting students, delivering a talk, and gaining further insight into the facilities and opportunities the college provides. This ongoing engagement reflects a broader commitment to accessibility, education, and creating meaningful pathways into the industry.

On the Show Floor

Across the year, CJP Broadcast spent time at key industry events to connect with customers, partners, and peers, and to stay close to how production needs are evolving. This included attending NAB Show in Las Vegas, returning to MPTS in London, and spending time at IBC in Amsterdam, where conversations focused on practical studio design, virtual production adoption, and scalable broadcast systems across education, corporate, and creative sectors.

Alongside the major trade shows, CJP also took part in the Xsens Partner Summit, sharing real world insight into how motion capture is being applied across live projects. The team also exhibited at the BBC Hull Tech Expo and the KitPlus Show in Manchester, working alongside partners to present CJP technologies and demonstrate practical workflows designed around real production use.

Looking Into 2026

As 2025 draws to a close, the year ahead is already shaping up to be a busy one for CJP Broadcast. Alongside ongoing work across education, corporate, and broadcast projects, the team is preparing for activity beyond the UK, with upcoming site visits and projects planned in locations including New York and Hong Kong.

With a growing mix of work, new environments, and wider collaboration, 2026 brings fresh opportunities to build on the relationships, experience, and ways of working developed over the past year.
