A new article featured in Systems Contractor News‘ Integration Guide reports that UK-based CJP Broadcast has provided an automated playout system for William Hill’s greyhound and horse racing coverage. The custom-built platform streams greyhound races from 30 UK and Irish tracks to the William Hill app or website, with plans to include Australian tracks in the near future. The dedicated channel is fully automated and focuses on delivering real-time data, prices and information graphics for each runner, as well as personality from presenters. The platform includes an Ultrix router from Ross Video and the Cosmos playout automation and streaming platform from PlayBox Technology, and Squared Paper’s Busby software development kit, which takes data from a wide scope of racetracks and generates HTML5 graphics templates.
