Welcome to the latest edition of the CJP newsletter! This month, we are proud to highlight our recent recognition at the RTS Technology Centre Summer Awards for our commitment to social responsibility. Read on to discover how we’re making a difference through our support for the Royal National College for the Blind, as well as the development of state-of-the-art virtual studios for StartUp Croydon, Basingstoke College of Technology, and more. 


CJP’s Commitment to Social Responsibility Recognised at the RTS Technology Centre Awards 

We are so honoured that CJP won the Company Social Responsibility Award at the RTS Technology Centre Summer Awards! This award highlights our unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in our community. Our key initiatives include supporting the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) with event coverage and work experience for its students, volunteering in the West Midlands Community First Responder initiative, and providing live streaming for St Michael’s Hospice events. Congratulations were also in order for Kieran Phillips who was named a finalist in the Young Person of the Year category.  


College Training at the CJP Studio 

We recently welcomed a college into the CJP studio for a 4-day technical virtual production training course. The training covered LED and green screen workflows, including image-based lighting with the Kino Flo Lighting Systems Mimik system, Megapixel processing, and ASSIMILATE Live FX Studio software. We also provided extensive training on Xsens MVN Link and Animate Pro, along with the Faceware Mark IV and Studio software for facial capture. Contact our team to discuss VP training > 


Virtual Production Powers Innovation at StartUp Croydon 

CJP Broadcast Service Solutions has developed a cutting-edge virtual studio and post-production facility for StartUp Croydon, providing local businesses, cultural enterprises, and community groups with access to advanced virtual production technologies. The Creative Digital Lab supports a wide range of projects, from promotional videos to music videos, and collaborates with educational institutions to nurture new talent. This initiative drives business growth, supports cultural initiatives, and fosters educational opportunities in Croydon’s creative economy.  View the case study > 


Training at Basingstoke College of Technology 

The CJP team recently completed the first week of on-site training at the new green screen studio at Basingstoke College of Technology. The training covered the latest technologies, including motion capture, emphasising CJP’s support and dedication to providing comprehensive training and expertise. Mo’s Inspiring Work Experience week at CJP 

Mohammed (Mo), a final-year student at the Royal National College for the Blind (RNC), shares insights into his enriching work experience at CJP Broadcast Service Solutions. In June, Mo gained valuable marketing insights and hands-on experience with CJP’s virtual production studio, creating a short film. He expressed his thanks for the guidance from the CJP and Manor Marketing teams.  Watch online >
