Award Nominations

We are delighted to share have been shortlisted for two different RTS Technology Centre Awards this year!

First up, we’re shortlisted for the Company Social Responsibility Award. Spearheaded by Chris Phillips, this award recognises the positive impact we have displayed within the local community and the support of other key organisations on a larger scale.

We are so proud of Director of Sales & Marketing, Kieran Phillips, who has also been shortlisted in the Young Person of the Year category. Kieran’s role in the company has been vital in positioning CJP as a leader in the education sector, providing cutting-edge technology and training to universities across the UK.

Supporting Diverse Talent

The team recently welcomed Muhammed Ravat (Mo), a final year student from Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) to the CJP office for a week of work experience. Mo used his time at CJP to learn the necessary skills needed to create the short film that he centred around his new charity, Accessible Umma. He was able to make full use of the technology and expertise available to him in the CJP studio.

We were impressed by Mo’s ability and quick adaptation to project management. This experience will serve as a great starting point for his career aspirations in marketing and filmmaking. As a company, we’re proud to uphold our promise of delivering opportunities for students with visual impairments, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership with RNC to bring more diverse talent into the industry.

International Engagement

Kieran recently attended the Ross Video event for partners and systems integrators in Bucharest. This two-day event explored connection, collaboration, and creativity, providing an excellent platform for guests to discuss a broad range of industry topics.

We hope you’ve enjoyed this update on CJP’s recent activities and achievements. As always, we remain committed to innovation, social responsibility, and excellence in broadcast technology. Stay tuned for more exciting news in the future!

Best regards,

The CJP Team
